DO THE YIN YOGA TRAININGS NEED TO BE TAKEN IN SEQUENCE?
No. One can take it in any order.
ARE THERE DISCOUNTS, SCHOLARSHIPS I CAN GET TO ATTEND THE COURSE IF IT IS OVER MY BUDGET?
We offer an opportunity for returning students to come back again and assist in the next training but one has to apply before in order to be approved. It is possible that in an exceptional situation a discount would be considered.
IF I PAY THE DEPOSIT DOES THAT ENSURE MY PLACE ON THE COURSE?
Normally, the payments are made in full. In the case that we are using deposit system, the participant must pay the remaining amount by the due date otherwise he/she can loose the deposit and their spot on the course if the training fills up.
IF I CAN’T STAY THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE COURSE OR IF I MISS CLASS, WILL THIS AFFECT WHETHER I GET MY CERTIFICATE OR NOT?
According the Yoga Alliance standards, the student can miss 25% of the entire program if the re is a justification but it must be communicated with the teachers and be agreed from both parts.
ARE BOOKS AND MATERIALS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE TRAINING?
No. The price of the training includes manuals and notebooks only.
WHEN WILL I FIND OUT IF I HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED INTO THE PROGRAM?
As soon as we read your application and approve it you will receive a welcome letter with payment and training information.
ARE THERE PREREQUISITES TO DO THE PROGRAM, AND HOW PROFICIENT IN YOGA DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO PARTICIPATE?
If you are looking for certification or recognition by Yoga Alliance, there are prerequisites (usually RYT-200). However, you are still eligible to take the training even if you don’t have the perquisites, receiving only our school certificate.

HOW MANY STUDENTS ARE ENROLLED IN EACH TEACHER TRAINING AT ONE TIME?
We accept groups from 10 to 20 students. Age ranges from 20 to 60 years old.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE TRAININGS: MODULE I, II AND III?
We will no longer be using the Immersion format. This was for people to have a chance to register even if they don’t want a Yoga Alliance certification. The main pillars that are always included for each training are Yin Fascial Yoga classes, Mindfulness and TCM modules. However, depending on the program the rest of the subject matter can change. For example – Goa’s training includes Hanna Sommatics, Applied anatomy and Myofascial lines (as well as the three pillars mentioned above). The training in Paros, Greece includes Myofascial Release therapy and Breathwork. In the Bali training we will have again, Applied anatomy, Myofascial Release therapy and Breathwork.
DO YOU OFFER SCHOLARSHIPS OR WORK-EXCHANGE PROGRAMS?
Scholarships and work exchange programs are occasionally offered; please contact Beta with any specific requests you might have.
HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I EXPECT TO SPEND ON HOMEWORK?
The total non contact hours are 60 hours for the entire program for each module is 20 hours. It includes reading books, self practice and writings.
DO YOU HELP ORGANIZE ACCOMMODATIONS?
We will give suggestions and provide information when our traiinings are non- residential.
WHAT IS THE YOGA ALLIANCE?
Yoga Alliance is an organization that was started in 1999 as a way to create nationally recognized standards for yoga teachers and yoga teacher trainings. More and more yoga studios across the country are requiring their teachers to register with the Yoga Alliance, either at the 200 or 500 hour level. Yoga Alliance registration, however, is not a legal requirement for teaching yoga. Currently there are no legal certification requirements to be a yoga teacher.
WILL I BE QUALIFIED TO TEACH YIN FASCIAL YOGA OR MYOFASCIAL RELEASE ONCE I COMPLETE THE TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM?
YFY teacher yes completely! Myofascial Release Therapy is an experiencial part of the training. The program is designed for you to become a Myofascial Release teacher but rather a Qualified level 1 Myofascial therapist. We offer only 30 hours of MRT in the whole program.
