A Soft Return to Yourself

 and who is still quietly waiting to be met with tenderness.
Many women move through life feeling fragmented, disconnected, or unsure why certain emotions feel so big. This practice offers a place to begin rebuilding that relationship — not through force or fixing, but through presence, breath, and listening.
This is where the work begins.
Not in understanding.
 Not in analysis.
 But in being with what is.
Before you begin, make sure you’re in a safe, quiet, and supportive space — ideally somewhere you feel at home. Sit on your bed, a favorite chair, or a soft place on the floor. Choose a position that feels nurturing for your body.
This meditation is not about doing it “right.”
 It’s about meeting yourself honestly, softly, and without judgment.

This Inner Child Meditation is a gentle invitation to reconnect with the younger part of you.

 Why this meditation exists

 This practice is part of the teachings shared by Beta´s core — a body of work rooted in remembrance, embodiment, and emotional integration. It also serves as a gentle introduction to the deeper immersion Beta will be guiding in Portugal 9-15 March 2026, for those who feel called to continue the journey in community and sacred space.
