I guide women through work that was first lived, survived, and healed in my own body. Raised between the mystical Afro-Brazilian tradition of Candomblé, Catholic ritual, and early meditation teachings, I also navigated a childhood marked by fear, instability, and nervous system overwhelm — learning dissociation long before regulation.
My path into womanhood carried deep embodied grief, including abortions, life-threatening ectopic pregnancies, infertility, and years of unspoken trauma held in my fascia, womb, and voice.
The practices I now offer — trauma-informed somatic work, nervous system regulation, Polyvagal Theory, fascia fluidity, self-myofascial release, trauma-release breathwork, ancestral and inner child healing, embodied sensuality, and nature-based embodiment — are the very pathways that brought me back to safety, presence, and aliveness.
I created this immersion for women carrying invisible wounds — exhaustion, numbness, disconnection, or constant survival. Your body remembers how to heal. Your nervous system can relearn safety. Your feminine essence is not lost — only waiting to be remembered.
A Latin woman of bittersweet medicine, she is a Master in Psychology, somatic therapist, and writer whose research and poetics center the feminine body at the boundaries between art, clinical practice, rites of subjectivation, and feminisms.
