I guide women through work that was first lived, survived, and healed in my own body. Raised between the mystical Afro-Brazilian tradition of Candomblé, Catholic ritual, and early meditation, I navigated a childhood marked by fear, instability, and nervous system overwhelm—learning dissociation long before regulation. My path into womanhood carried deep embodied grief, including abortions, life-threatening ectopic pregnancies, infertility, and years of unspoken trauma held in my fascia, womb, and voice. I moved through menopause naturally, supported by somatic trauma healing practices.
The work I now offer—trauma-informed somatic practices, nervous system regulation, Polyvagal Theory, fascia release, trauma-release breathwork, ancestral and inner child healing, embodied sensuality, and nature-based embodiment—are the very pathways that brought me back to safety, presence, and aliveness. I created this immersion for women carrying invisible wounds—exhaustion, numbness, disconnection, or constant survival. Your body remembers how to heal. Your nervous system can relearn safety. Your feminine essence is not lost—only waiting to be remembered.
Sharada is of Swiss–Filipina heritage, raised in Switzerland, and left at 18 for India in search of freedom. There, she experienced a profound spiritual awakening—seen by doctors as psychosis but guided by her inner voice—which led her across India and Venezuela before settling in Bali, where she has lived for 17 years. For over 24 years, she has studied the Vedic tradition within the lineage of Swami Dayananda Saraswati, rooted in non-duality—the understanding that the self and ultimate reality are not separate.
Alongside this, she has worked deeply with ancestral and transgenerational healing, reclaiming the body, womb, and erotic as forms of sacred intelligence. Her work blends dharmic leadership with Eros-based healing, guiding others to reconnect with their truth, voice, intimacy, and leadership. She identifies as a dharmic leader, truth teacher, and womb and wealth wisdom keeper, devoted to restoring wholeness, dignity, and sovereignty—inviting a lived return to one’s true self.
A Latin woman of bittersweet medicine, she is a Master in Psychology, somatic therapist, and writer whose research and poetics center the feminine body at the boundaries between art, clinical practice, rites of subjectivation, and feminisms.
