This training program will teach you how to facilitate Breathwork sessions that support Somatic Trauma Release.
Inside this well thought-through program, you will learn how to regulate your nervous system based on the THE POLYVAGAL THEORY.
It also includes trauma informed Somatic Embodiment practices, Ancestral and Inner-child work and many Breathwork tools.
The Somatic Trauma Release Breathwork is based on a circular breathing combined with postures that support the flow of the kundalini energy throughout the body.
We start by preparing the body with Somatic Embodiment Practices. Once the body is open and ready, the session is supported with shamanic beats and other healing techniques.
