Trauma Informed Yin Fascial Yoga

Discover the profound connection between fascia awareness and Yin fascial yoga. Explore myofascial release techniques within Yin yoga postures held in a trauma-informed environment, allowing for the easy release of trauma from the body.

Enhance your ability to support trauma-sensitive practitioners with techniques grounded in Somatic Experiencing and Polyvagal Theory. This training provides practical tools to address stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety through somatic yoga and meditation practices. You will learn to create a safe environment using appropriate language and techniques, while gaining an understanding of how trauma impacts the nervous system and the body. This knowledge will not only support your own healing but also empower you to facilitate healing for others.

Dynamic Spiral yoga -- Fascia Fluidity Movement

Build a solid foundation in Dynamic Spiral Yoga, focusing on fascia fluidity and somatic movement. This practice integrates elements from Qigong, Yoga, Gyrokinesis®, spontaneous movement, and Spiral Dynamics, offering an explorative approach to body mechanics within the fascial matrix. You will engage in fascia unwinding and Gyrokinesis exercises to develop an effective somatic embodiment practice, enhancing your understanding of stability, grounding, and the flow of energy in your practice and teachings.

  • Certified with Beta Lisboa somatic trauma healing

Training Format:

  • This training is offered in-person only. However, participants have the option to take an additional 100 hours online evergreen programs to receive a 200 hours or if you completed a 200 hour DSYFY certificate before you can apply this 100 hours to a 300 hour DSYFY school certificate. 

*Preparation for the Course:

** Students need to have some previous yoga or any embodiment practice experience or trainings. And please read the Dynamic Spiral Yin Fascial Yoga book to prepare.

Throughout my extensive career I have worked with thousands of students. In partnership I have witnessed incredible healing and transformations. I am humbled and grateful for the opportunity to do this profound work. I have seen so many go from chronic pain, self-loading, body dysmorphia, anxiety and depression to self-love, clarity, presence, embodiment, serenity and feeling empowered.

Here are the modalities that I practiced over the last three decades in order to heal myself and I got accredited in this disciplines: Somatic Trauma Release Breathwork, , the path of Yoga, Myofascial release therapy, Somatic Experiencing trauma healing sessions, Chi Nei Tsang abdominal organ massage, Mindfulness path and Women’s sacred cycles.
