You will engage in fascia unwinding and Gyrokinesis exercises to develop an effective somatic embodiment practice, enhancing your understanding of stability, grounding, and the flow of energy in your practice and teachings.

Throughout my extensive career I have worked with thousands of students. In partnership I have witnessed incredible healing and transformations. I have seen so many go from chronic pain, self-loading, body dysmorphia, anxiety and depression to self-love, clarity, presence, embodiment, serenity and feeling empowered.
