This 8-Day Somatic Trauma-Informed Immersion is a fully experiential, sacred journey, created for women who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, heal at the root, and reclaim their feminine wisdom through embodied trauma healing practices.
Through a comprehensive exploration of the myofascial system, somatic trauma release practices, nervous system regulation, and embodied movement, this immersion supports you in awakening your body's natural capacity to heal, feel, and integrate.
This journey is not simply a retreat — it is an initiation back into your softness, your pleasure, your intuition, and your power. It is a sacred space to reconnect with the parts of yourself you had to abandon, soften into safety again, and remember the woman you were always meant to be.
LET'S HAVE AN INTRODUCTORY CALL
It is designed for women — whether you're on a personal healing path or looking to deepen your professional practice through the lens of embodiment, fascia, and trauma awareness.
LET'S HAVE AN INTRODUCTORY CALL
A gentle lecture and guided practice introducing Polyvagal Theory helping you understand and directly experience how your vagus nerve supports safety, connection, and relaxation in the body.
A supportive process designed to calm the mind, balance stress responses, and restore a sense of safety and ease in the body.
A gentle, body-based approach to release stored trauma, regulate the nervous system, and restore resilience by guiding your awareness to physical sensations.
A therapeutic and spiritual approach that focuses on understanding and healing patterns that are passed down through family lines—emotionally, psychologically, and even somatically (in the body).
Through mindful engagement with earth, water, fire and air, you'll deepen your ability to self-regulate, restore balance, and attune to the rhythms of nature - the ultimate medicine for the nervous system.
A gentle yet powerful journey of reconnecting with your body as a sacred home — awakening your natural sensuality, softening into presence, and reclaiming the pleasure that life was always meant to offer you.
Somatic embodiment, fascia fluidity, and myofascial release are gentle practices that help you connect with your body, release tension, and build deeper self-awareness through physical sensations and breath.
A powerful series of movements designed to activate your body´s natural shaking mechanism, releasing deep-seated tension and trauma while restoring a sense of inner calm and resilience.
A deep yet gentle technique to release trauma stored in the gut, stimulate the vagus nerve, and help the body move out of a “frozen” state.
A technique—often done with tools like foam rollers, massage balls, or even your own hands, that targets the body’s fascia: the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, organs, and nerves.
A transformative process to acknowledge, heal, and integrate emotional wounds carried from childhood - cultivating self-compassion, trust, and a renewed sense of wholeness.
A guided breathing practice to safely unlock and release suppressed emotions, dissolve stored trauma, and reconnect with your body’s natural flow.

I guide women through work that was first lived, survived, and healed in my own body. Raised between the mystical Afro-Brazilian tradition of Candomblé, Catholic ritual, and early meditation teachings, I also navigated a childhood marked by fear, instability, and nervous system overwhelm — learning dissociation long before regulation.
My path into womanhood carried deep embodied grief, including abortions, life-threatening ectopic pregnancies, infertility, and years of unspoken trauma held in my fascia, womb, and voice.
The practices I now offer — trauma-informed somatic work, nervous system regulation, Polyvagal Theory, fascia fluidity, self-myofascial release, trauma-release breathwork, ancestral and inner child healing, embodied sensuality, and nature-based embodiment — are the very pathways that brought me back to safety, presence, and aliveness.
I created this immersion for women carrying invisible wounds — exhaustion, numbness, disconnection, or constant survival. Your body remembers how to heal. Your nervous system can relearn safety. Your feminine essence is not lost — only waiting to be remembered.
The Embodied Woman Facilitator Training is a 14-month professional certification designed to guide women into profound somatic healing, trauma integration, and embodied feminine leadership.
Across 8 comprehensive modules, you will engage with trauma-informed somatic practices, ancient feminine wisdom, nervous system rewiring, embodied leadership, and practical facilitation skills — preparing you to guide women through transformational healing.
